E.R.I.C. is one of today's most versatile talents in live entertainment. His dedication and commitment to good music are as equally dynamic as his voice. E.R.I.C.'s many active projects reflect his wide range of inspirations ranging from Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross to Marvin Gaye.

In 2008 E.R.I.C. released his first EP entitled "Drama" under Extra Rich In Class Publishing which is an affiliate of SESAC. E.R.I.C. wrote all the lyrics and music on the Drama EP. It was well received especially in the U.K. Where it was noticed by Phil Driver of Soul Unsigned Records.

E.R.I.C. was signed with the U.K. group and the song "Queen" from the EP was incorporated on their compilation called Contemporary Soul Songs Book II. This led up to E.R.I.C. opening up for Bobby Brown In 2009 at BB KINGS in New York City. In addition, E.R.I.C. has opened up for Aretha Franklin, The Pointer Sisters, Pieces of a Dream and The Fugees.

Essex Funk Collective — A high-energy funk, soul, and R&B cover band made up of longtime community members from South Orange and Maplewood, New Jersey. Founded in 2019 by vocalist Faith Taylor and guitarist Jonathan Glasser, uniting  multi-generational & multi-cultural musicians with deep roots and a shared passion for music, creating a natural vibe that fuels every performance and draws in audiences from all walks of life.

MPack is the musical brainchild of bassist, guitarist, keyboardist, drummer and vocalist Clarence 'Groove Master' Conover. He’s the founder, leader, and vocalist of the Clarence Conover Project, the MPack Band and the founder and CEO of M-Pack Music productions whose motto is “Life Changing Sounds”. He released his first CD “My Time” in 2014. In his formative years, his musical influences included Herbie Hancock, Grover Washington, Phyllis Hyman, Luther Vandross and Prince, just to name a few. Clarence has performed and recorded with Patti Labelle, Teddy Pendergrass, Grover Washington Jr., the Delfonics, Bo Diddley and others. He is a product of the Philly sound. Clarence is a specialist in Funk, Jazz, Blues, Fusion, Neo-soul and R&B grooves. This cross-genre musician, Clarence “M-Pack” Conover is creatively talented and has gathered other likeminded musicians and vocalists to create this musical phenomenon known as MPack Band. MPack brings an explosive energy to the stage, guaranteed to rock the house all night long!
